the art deco theme was consistently applied throughout the hotel. the room contained all necessary amenities, showing attention to detail. staff members i encountered were friendly and helpful.
there were only two uk sockets available in the room for charging devices. the carpet was dirty. surfaces were dusty, revealing some neglect in cleaning.

i found christmas decorations upon arrival and they looked classy. the room had everything i needed for a rest and the staff are amazing, they really cared about every detail.

Wonderful Art Deco Stay

I celebrated a special birthday here and I booked rooms. We all enjoyed a great breakfast the next morning. My four poster bed was magnificent and I slept well. Super clean conditions were present in all areas of the hotel. Staff provided much helpful and friendly service. I chose the hot buffet with various meats and cheese tartlets. There was a wonderful fish platter available. much more food. Wine stayed on ice and glasses sparkled, ensuring a welcome drink. Parking was free, only steps from the entrance. I loved the decor and spacious room. Our room had a heated towel rail. I found nice biscuits on the tea tray. I noted amazing decor in the public areas. It was lovely to get a parking space steps from the door.

I found the art deco design really appealing. The room was spacious. Breakfast included fresh fruit and tasty fish. I thought the staff was lovely and helpful.

Wonderful Stay!
spacious room friendly staff clean area
The room seemed spacious. The staff are friendly. I found the decor a treat for the eyes. All areas looked clean. The bed proved very comfortable. I had everything I needed in my room.
I have found one bad thing, one of two lifts was not working. There seemed a wait for the one working lift.

The location is convienient. A short walk put me in town. It takes only fifteen minutes walking in a straight line. It seemed a good spot to visit local attractions.

The check-in was excellent. The reception staff acted very friendly and helpful. They quickly sorted my room. I forgot to get her name though, such a shame!
